For the third year in a row „ BIBLIOTĒKA No.1 Restorāns” according "Excellence 30 best Latvian restaurants in 2015" rank honorable 2nd place among the best restaurants in Latvia. Restaurants are evaluated by a competent jury of chefs from abroad, which consisted of 14 experienced professionals from Germany, Sweden, Estonia, Denmark, Switzerland, Finland and Norway, a large part of which Michelin award-winning restaurant chefs.
